The Challenge
To build a brand and launch an initial MVP e-commerce store for a new balcony power plant company within a one-month timeframe. The challenge was to optimize everything for the new product's target audience in order to achieve a quick proof of concept. This included strategy, branding, UX design and web development in combination with a complete marketing roadmap for digital touchpoints.

The Solution
With only one month to work with, we had to move fast. We developed the name and brand WAYVO and created and designed the web shop. The implementation of marketing measures prepared for the launch of the product. We provided strategic advice on all levels: including business strategy, marketing and product. Since the launch of WAYVO we have strategically optimized all customer touch points by analyzing and testing the shop as well as the selected marketing activities.

Our Approach
The customer-centric development of the shop and an accompanying marketing strategy. We need to build trust with our customers, as current technological advances raise many questions on the customer side. Using real feedback from sources such as shop traffic, customers, and performance metrics we were able to validate and improve the shop, branding, and overall business strategy. We had a direct impact on WAYVOs success - by testing & improving their concept before launch. The development of the brand and shop as an MVP, along with its support and optimization, enabled the proof of concept based on key metrics from the real market.
