The Challenge
Sprenger had no internal structure to support product innovation, so we were happy to step in and help them. The main challenge was that they had no data on who was buying their products. In addition, their brand and marketing didn't resonate with the younger audience they wanted to reach with their products.

The Solution
To strategically transform Sprenger into a D2C love brand. First, the creation of a new brand identity. Then the development of a web shop and e-commerce solution that is highly adaptable and optimized for integration with existing IT systems. In addition, new product innovation that created new products. Finally, we implemented social media & performance marketing to ensure the success of the online shop.

Our Approach
A new D2C strategy to sell Sprenger's products without detours. Enabling Sprenger to have direct contact with its customers. Developing products that meet customer needs. By allowing Sprenger to sell its products independently, we improved the relationship between the brand and its customers. The introduction of agile product development enabled the creation of more user-centric products. We also supported Sprenger's work culture by introducing new ways of working and the use of digital tools.
