The Challenge
By effectively integrating environmental, social, procedural and economic factors, GLS Bank wanted to optimize current bank account models. A key part of this problem is the successful implementation of these changes within the confines of established structures, while taking into account the future needs of private and business customers.

The Solution
Our team conducted surveys of GLS Bank’s employees and customers to identify real user challenges and opportunities for improvement. These key findings were combined with industry trends and market research. This formed the basis for a workshop in which we identified 10+ potentials with a team of 15 GLS Bank employees.

Our Approach
A holistic view of product, user, growth and impact to develop ideas that are attractive to the user and in line with GLS Bank's purpose. With these new capabilities, we have enabled GLS Bank to enhance their current bank account models to meet the user needs of future generations, while supporting their purpose-driven approach.
