The Challenge
Telefónica O2 aimed to uncover new market trends and technology to develop user-centered services for their B2B2P clients. However, the challenge was that we had just one day to achieve this goal.

The Solution
With our Discovery Workshop solution, we developed over 10 new business models in a single day. We also validated two new products ready for development into Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). Before the workshop, we conducted in-depth research and a digital poll to familiarize the client with new market trends and technology from the user's perspective. By the end of the workshop, we had established a concrete roadmap to develop the new business opportunities we identified for the market.
